Accessibility is one of the best thing about Saint Lucia, especially when it comes to beautiful beaches. Every beach on the island, whether part of a private complex or not, is a public beach open to all.
Some of the best beaches in St. Lucia are on the west coast in the wind overlooking the Caribbean Sea. The beaches are breathtaking and they offer uninhabited bays and rough beaches on the east coast, which open to the wild ocean. The good news is that finding your ideal sun position is usually quick and easy no matter where you land on the island.
St. Lucia is well known as Caribbean Island paradise with its tropical location and tropical climate, it goes without saying that first-class beaches can be found here. It should be noted that all the beautiful beaches of St. Lucia are easily accessible this is why it is open to the public.
Reduit Beach is one of top best beaches in St. Lucia, mainly because of its size. Although most of the island's beaches are quite small, the Reduit Beach of Rodney Bay stretches over 8 km of coastline.
Most of the beaches in Saint Lucia are mostly relatively short, but with eight kilometers of white sand in Rodney's Bay, Reduit is the perfect location for a long walk along the coast and a swim in calm waters.
The Reduit beach is also close to Rodney Bay where lots of restaurants and shops are present in this area. The beach also offers, windsurfing or waterskiing, snookering to adventurous lovers. This beach is also very popular in St. Lucia and it shares boundaries with hotels like Rex St. Lucian, Papillon and Royal St. Lucian. Families can also enjoy the Splash Island Water Park with slides, ramps and floating inflatable obstacles.

With a steep incline, a coral reef and dikes, this beach offers divers a wealth of opportunities to view colorful marine life without going deeper into the water by boat. The natural black sand feature of the beach marks the volcanic origin of the island. High-end guests flock here every day from the beachside resort of Anse Chastanet.
Apart from the fact that Anse Mamin beach is smaller and quieter and ideal for a picnic, it also features a pedestrian walkway on the north side of the beach. Anse Chastanet beach is one of the main attractions of St. Lucia which is just a few miles from Soufrière. Anse Chastanet beach is ideal for sunbathing, also great place to dive. In fact, it is considered one of the best places to dive in St. Lucia. The Anse Chastanet beach also features world best restaurant and bar, it also offers excellent snorkelling facilities.

The beach of Grande Anse is surrounded by the mountainous east coast of St. Lucia and is far from the development and tourist attractions of the island. Grand Anse beach is quiet and peaceful which makes it ideal for walks or romantic walks. The Grand Anse beach attracts lots of visitors because it features different species of turtles. Some of the species of turtles include: endangered leatherback turtle. Also note that some of the largest sea turtle seen in Grand Anse beach emerges from the water and lays its eggs on the end coast of the Grande Anse beach.
To the east, Grand Anse is a beach that many travelers often neglect. It's a bit off the beaten path, but the views and scenery are as impressive as anywhere on the island. Grand Anse beach could be converted to a national park due to the fact that it features lots of leatherback turtles that inhabit the area. Giant tortoises are often found on the beach, mating or just enjoying the sun. If you are lucky, you will notice that baby turtles hatch and instinctively run to the water. The road to Grand Anse is best explored in a 4 × 4 jeep due to its beautiful route that meanders through fantastic landscapes and finally ends on the steep cliffs in front of the beach.
